The hosting provider automatically collects log data (IP address, date and time, browser type, operating system, referrer) each time the website is accessed. This serves the purpose of system security and error analysis. The data is automatically deleted after a short period of time. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest: operation and security of the website). <\/p>

This website is powered by WordPress<\/b><\/span> operated. WordPress stores functional data (e.g. settings, technical cookies). There is no automatic transfer of personal data to third parties unless plug-ins carry out this processing.<\/p>

This website uses functions of HubSpot Tracking<\/b><\/span>for example to analyze user behavior or measure performance. HubSpot sets cookies and stores pseudonymous usage data (IP address, page views, timestamp). The processing is carried out by: HubSpot Inc, 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. Data transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. HubSpot uses standard contractual clauses to ensure a GDPR-compliant level of protection. Legal basis: Consent (via Complianz).<\/p>

7. google analytics<\/h2>

I use Google Analytics<\/b><\/span> (with IP anonymization) to analyze user behavior. Google stores pseudonymized usage data (abbreviated IP address, device information, interactions). Service provider: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: Consent (via Complianz). You can revoke Analytics at any time in the cookie settings.<\/p>

8 Google reCAPTCHA<\/h2>

For spam protection I use Google reCAPTCHA<\/b><\/span>. The IP address, mouse movements, time spent on the website and other technical data may be transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (protection against abusive input). <\/p>

9. embedded YouTube videos<\/h2>

This website integrates videos from YouTube<\/b><\/span> videos. During playback, usage data (IP address, device information, interactions) is transmitted to YouTube\/Google. I use the YouTube nocookie mode<\/b><\/span>as far as technically possible. Legal basis: Consent (via Complianz).<\/p>

I accept no responsibility for the content of external sites to which links are provided. When you click on them, the data protection guidelines of the respective providers apply.<\/p>

Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies or a statutory retention period expires.<\/p>
